Organizations remain solely responsible for compliance decisions, internal investigations, responses to reports, corrective actions, regulatory obligations, and any actions taken based on information provided through AscendShield services.


To the fullest extent permitted by law, AscendShield disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, functionality, reliability, security, or performance of its website, services, systems, or third-party platforms.


To the fullest extent permitted by law, AscendShield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of its website, services, third-party systems, reporting workflows, or compliance support activities.
