By using AscendShield’s services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided
AscendShield offers supplemental compliance tools, including hotlines, reporting forms, manuals, and trainings. These are intended to support, not replace, your organization’s compliance program.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must designate a compliance contact to receive reports.
   
• You are responsible for reviewing, investigating, and resolving all reports.
   
• You agree not to misuse AscendShield’s services or submit false reports.
   

3. Intellectual Property
All manuals, trainings, and resources are owned by AscendShield and may not be copied, resold, or distributed without permission.

4. Limitation of Liability
AscendShield is not responsible for actions taken (or not taken) by your organization in response to reports or training materials.

5. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
